Adds archiving to Claws-Mail

This plugin uses libarchive to extend claws-mail's features to include
archiving of IMAP, LOCAL, and POP accounts as well as calendar accounts.

Archives are created with the following option:

    format
        - TAR
        - PAX
        - SHAR
        - CPIO

    compression:
        - GZIP/ZIP
        - BZIP2
        - None

    recursive
        - Yes/No

Binary packages can be installed with the high-level tool pkgin (which can be installed with pkg_add) or pkg_add(1) (installed by default). The NetBSD packages collection is also designed to permit easy installation from source.
