Cause LDFLAGS to be used instead of ignored. I'm not sure if this is
something upstream did wrong or a bug in the archaic automake this
package used or what. However, without this the necessary rpath for
X11BASE doesn't get set and the native X build fails if PKG_DEVELOPER
is on.
