You will need to make CGI:IRC accessible through your HTTP server.
If you are running Apache then you can add the following line to httpd.conf:

	Include ${PKG_SYSCONFDIR}/cgiirc.conf

to make CGI:IRC accessible through:

	http://www.domain.com/cgiirc/
