Script to replace pk fonts in PostScript with Type 1 fonts

The perl script pkfix looks for DVIPSBitmapFont comments in PostScript
files, generated by 'not too old' dvips, and replaces them by type 1
versions of the fonts, if possible.

Binary packages can be installed with the high-level tool pkgin (which can be installed with pkg_add) or pkg_add(1) (installed by default). The NetBSD packages collection is also designed to permit easy installation from source.
