multimedia/gpac - The NetBSD Packages Collection

Open source multimedia framework

GPAC features encoders and multiplexers, publishing and content distribution
tools for MP4 and 3GPP or 3GPP2 files and many tools for scene descriptions
(BIFS/VRML/X3D converters, SWF/BIFS, SVG/BIFS, etc...). MP4Box provides all
these tools in a single command-line application.

Binary packages can be installed with the high-level tool pkgin (which can be installed with pkg_add) or pkg_add(1) (installed by default). The NetBSD packages collection is also designed to permit easy installation from source.

Available build options

alsa
Enable ALSA support.
jack
Enable support for the JACK audio server.
pulseaudio
Enable support for the PulseAudio sound server.
x11
Enable X11 support.

The pkg_admin audit command locates any installed package which has been mentioned in security advisories as having vulnerabilities.
