Separate color stack for footnotes with pdfTeX

Since version 1.40 pdfTeX supports several colour stacks. This
package uses a separate colour stack for footnotes that can
break across pages. The package is part of the oberdiek bundle.

Binary packages can be installed with the high-level tool pkgin (which can be installed with pkg_add) or pkg_add(1) (installed by default). The NetBSD packages collection is also designed to permit easy installation from source.
