Japanese input module for GTK2 and XIM server

im-ja is a Japanese input module for GTK2 and also has a XIM server.
Currently supports hiragana, katakana, half-width katakana, zenkaku, canna, wnn,
anthy, skk and kanji character recognition inputs.
Conversion hotkeys, status window, preedit text colors, etc. can be customized
through a GUI.

Binary packages can be installed with the high-level tool pkgin (which can be installed with pkg_add) or pkg_add(1) (installed by default). The NetBSD packages collection is also designed to permit easy installation from source.

Available build options

Use Anthy as Japanese conversion program.
Use Canna as Japanese conversion program.
Use SKK for Kana-to-Kanji conversion.
Use wnn for Kana-to-Kanji conversion.
Enable X Input Method support.
